Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being. Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources. Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.

Keep an organized, well stocked, clean clinic at all times.

Shift will be created in 6-week blocks following 3 weeks of training/orientation. Work schedule typically includes two or three weekdays and every other weekend. Some major holidays are included in the working schedule.

Full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
