StoryPoint Group in Fishers, IN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day shift from 7A to 7P. You will lead, manage and train your team of caregivers, evaluate residents, and report changes to physicians while coordinating care with families.
Indiana LPN licensure and prior supervisory experience are required;
Assisted Living/Memory Care background is preferred. This role uses EHR/EMAR systems, with benefits and PTO included for full-time staff and a pay rate of $32-$35
