Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Crew Leader position located in Fishers, IN. The Crew Leader is responsible for managing daily lawn care and landscaping operations while leading a team to complete tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and other related services. The role involves training and supervising team members, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety standards are met, and delivering excellent service to clients.

The Crew Leader will also serve as the main contact for on-site customer interactions, ensuring quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, mulching, and small tree or shrub trimming
• Leadership skills, including team management, task delegation, and ability to motivate team members
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Time management and organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physical labor
• Prior experience in landscaping or lawn care management is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to landscaping and maintenance work
