This is an opportunity to lead and grow a landscape maintenance division within a company known for high-end outdoor designs. As the Landscape Maintenance Manager
, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing maintenance crews, and ensuring the highest standards of care. This role will start as a hands-on leadership position, with the expectation that as the division grows, your focus will shift more into management.

• Oversee daily operations of the landscape maintenance division
• Work alongside the crew to perform landscape maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and plant care
• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and service plans
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols
• Conduct site evaluations and recommend improvements
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management for the maintenance division
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of projects

• Horticulture background (formal education or equivalent experience preferred)
• Strong plant knowledge and understanding of landscape maintenance best practices
• Experience managing landscape maintenance crews and client relationships
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work in the field alongside the team while managing client expectations
• A valid driver's license is required
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing team

• Full Time Position
• Competitive salary at $70,000 to $80,000, based on experience.
