INCOG Bio Pharma Services is looking for a highly motivated Equipment Specialist to manage sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. This 3rd shift position requires extensive experience in GMP and aseptic processing. The role includes following production procedures, training staff, and providing technical support for manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience with pharmaceutical equipment and a high school diploma. A BS in biological sciences is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve daily operational issues are crucial.
