Garden Center Specialist (Project Management)
Do you love plants and people? Can you talk perennials one minute and pottery the next? Wasson is looking for a Garden Center Specialist who enjoys helping customers feel confident, inspired, and excited about their outdoor spaces.
This role is part plant guide, part problem-solver, part friendly face, and a big part of what makes Wasson special.
Responsibilities- Helping customers choose plants, containers, and garden products that fit their space and goals.
- Answering questions about basic plant care, seasonal needs, and product use (or knowing when to call in backup).
- Keeping the garden center stocked, organized, and looking great.
- Assisting with plant care, watering, and merchandising.
- Working closely with teammates to create a welcoming, helpful experience for every customer.
- Other duties as assigned.
