Store Associate

Position Summary

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. They help shape the future of health care for people, businesses, and communities by providing customer‑focused services and supporting store operations.

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and actively resolving service issues.
• Focusing on the customer with a warm greeting, eye contact, and assistance locating additional items.
• Accurately performing cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed by the store manager.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Providing customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as a growth opportunity.
• Embracing and advocating new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements:
  
  remaining upright on feet for sustained periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs frequently, visual acuity for computer and small details.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

21 hours per week.

Part time.

The required availability for this role includes all shifts from 8 am to 10 pm, Monday through Sunday.

• Every other weekend required.

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour.
