Store Representative - Day shift

Store Representative – Full‑time, Day Shift (6:00 am – 3:00 pm).

Starting salary: $16.00/hr, up to $18.00/hr depending on experience.

Location:

New store opening September 2026. Availability on weekdays and weekends required.

As a Store Representative, you will be stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. You will interact with personnel at the store location and may participate in service projects of varying size and complexity.

• Merchandising, stocking, and maintaining product displays (both grocery and hardlines)
• Resetting and building displays using planograms and other instructional materials
• Rotating date‑sensitive product on the shelf and in the backroom
• Transporting product between the sales floor and the backroom
• Safely using store equipment
• Using electronic devices for communication, work instructions, and reporting activities
• Building relationships with teammates, store personnel, and customers

• Organization and prioritization
• Ability to work with others and independently
• Communication – both verbal and written
• Reading and following directions
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to learn and continuously improve

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a service industry is a plus
• Ability to use a personal mobile device
