Receiving Clerk - Direct Store Delivery

Job Overview

We are opening a position at our new store in Fishers, IN. The role involves servicing the front or rear of the store, including receiving merchandise, processing damages, handling hazardous waste, stocking and displaying products, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will be performed early‑morning shifts and you will work mainly behind‑the‑scenes with vendors and customers.

• Receive product, process damage reports, and handle hazardous waste.
• Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
• Build rapport with customers, respond to their questions, and provide product knowledge.
• Utilize company technology to complete activities and tasks.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products.
• Support store operations to keep the store running smoothly.
• Work across departments such as Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Grocery.

• Detail‑oriented, organized, and process‑driven.
• Strong listening and communication skills both face‑to‑face and virtual.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology.
• Problem‑solving skills and eagerness to troubleshoot.
• Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, and stand for long periods.
