Inventory Coordinator - Grocery

Location:

Fishers, IN.

In this role, you’ll support the Grocery department by pulling orders, moving product, and updating inventory systems. The work is physically active and includes safe forklift operation, lifting up to 50 pounds, and keeping backroom spaces organized. It’s a critical role that keeps products flowing to the floor.

• Build rapport with customers.
• Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
• Respond to customer questions effectively.
• Stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards.
• Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products.
• Apply to departments such as Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Grocery.

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communication skills, face-to-face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or familiarity with job-specific technology.
• Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to work with customers consistently.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.
