As an Evening & Overnight Team Leader
, you will take charge of your team, ensuring that each shift is executed smoothly while delivering unforgettable customer experiences. As the primary leader on-site during your shift, you'll make key decisions to maintain seamless operations.
- Address customer inquiries, gather valuable feedback, and foster positive interactions.
- Ensure efficient service by coordinating effectively between Associates, customers, and orders in food and beverage service.
- Guide, motivate, and recognize Associates to enhance productivity and overall performance.
- Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, vendor check‑ins, and cash handling procedures.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability to work diverse shifts, including weekends and holidays per business needs.
- Prior supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in effective communication, problem‑solving, and relationship building.

The hourly pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.90, commensurate with your experience and location, plus a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12 AM - 6 AM.
