Part-Time Retail Associate - SR 37 & 126th St

The Retail Associate supports store management in achieving operational goals by working in various retail roles such as Cashier, Textiles or Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e‑Books Producer, and Rack or Cart Runner.

• Cashier
  • Ring up customer orders, maintain a balanced drawer, and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Provide general information about Goodwill programs and answer customer questions.
  • Direct higher‑level questions to the appropriate associate or manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Textiles or Wares Producer
  • Sort, identify quality, and tag textiles or wares.
  • Produce 100 items per hour for wares or 85 items per hour for textiles.
  • Use pallet jack and conveyor belt as needed.
• Donation Door Attendant
  • Accept donations, maintain a clean donation door, and quickly sort products.
  • Keep the backroom organized and labeled.
  • Load and unload trucks, use pallet jack, double stacker, floor scrubber, and hydraulic lift.
• eCommerce Producer
  • Identify and secure items of value for Click Goodwill.
  • Stay informed of market values via eBay and other sites.
  • Package and ship totes to Click Goodwill.
• e‑Books Producer
  • Scan books and decide placement for Click Goodwill or store display.
  • Print inventory sheets, pack, seal, and ship totes.
  • Manage in‑store display of top sellers.
• Rack and Cart Runner
  • Check racks/carts for quality and value.
  • Size, merchandise, and purge sales floor.
  • Maintain clean floor, put away carts, and stock shelves.
  • Run one textile rack/wares cart every 15 minutes and update production tracking.

• Degree and Credential Requirements:
  None – experience may be demonstrated.
