• Customer Service:
  Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group, proactively assist customers in solving problems, greet and thank customers, maintain a friendly and outgoing demeanor, answer all page and call requests promptly, forward unresolvable complaints to management, and exhibit strong product knowledge.
• Store Operations:
  Create a positive, professional and safe work environment; assist with receiving, checking, and stocking merchandise; maintain back‑stock levels; keep the sales floor, stock room and outdoor area clean and orderly; handle end cap and ad merchandise; perform merchandise resets; support Department Specialists with price changes and special orders; keep signage current; operate a forklift with proper training; communicate Store Support Center issues, merchandising or cost‑control ideas, and sales ideas to the General Manager;
  
  participate in store meetings; maintain a professional appearance and actions; perform any other duties as assigned.

• Exhibit and incorporate Core Values into daily interactions:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and climb as required.
