Pay
Starting at $18.00/hr, up to $22.00/hr (based on experience). Shift premium: $1/hr for hours worked between 8:00pm and 5:00am.
Shift and AvailabilityFull‑time night shift: 8:00pm – 4:00am. Availability needed on weekdays and weekends.
Planogram Experience PreferredPlanogram experience preferred.
What You’ll Do- Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
- Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards and best practices.
- Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Build positive relationships with customers, store leadership, and team members.
- Promote a culture of safety by modeling safe work practices and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
- Utilize company technology and reporting systems to support daily operations and project execution.
Skills & Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, both locally and regionally.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
- Lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Safely move carts, fixtures, and merchandising equipment as needed.
