As a Grocery Department Associate
, you’ll play a key role in creating a clean, organized, and well-stocked shopping environment. You’ll make sure every aisle is full, fresh, and easy to shop - helping customers find what they need while delivering friendly, helpful service.

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Stock shelves and build displays according to merchandising standards.
• Rotate and organize product to ensure freshness and quality.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Assist with product orders, inventory counts, and backroom organization.
• Respond to customer questions and direct them to products or team members as needed.
• Use technology to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure product quality.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude and willingness to help others.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using handheld technology or inventory systems.
