Join Andy Mohr Buick GMCAndy Mohr Buick GMC is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our high-volume new vehicle sales department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and has a track record of driving performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
If you have successful high-volume New Car Sales Manager or Sales Director experience , we want to hear from you.
Compensation- Up to $200,000 per year
- Performance-based pay plan
- Long-term career growth with one of Indiana's leading dealership groups
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing new vehicle sales team
- Desk and structure 75–100 deals per month
- Maximize profitability through effective deal management and leasing strategies
- Maintain CSI scores above regional averages
- Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants
- Ensure accountability to sales processes, CRM follow-up, and daily performance metrics
- Collaborate with Finance and General Sales Manager to achieve dealership sales objectives
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales performance to maximize results
- Domestic franchise experience preferred
- General Motors (GM) experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong desking, leasing, and deal structuring skills
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold sales teams accountable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitability
