Company Description
Prime Time Marketing is searching for a candidate to start our sales management training program. We give the opportunity for those looking to excel in sales and marketing by utilizing a hands-on approach to management training.
Phases of Our Management Training Program- Sales & Customer Service: client representatives, brand management, direct field marketing, customer service
- Leadership & Team Building: relationship management with clients, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding process, training, team management, and social media
- Business Operations: financial, administrative, operational, full recruiting cycle
- Entry Level full paid training
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Bonuses
- Ongoing Training and Development with Personal Mentor
- Extremely Rapid Advancement Opportunities with a strictly enforced Performance-Based Promotion Structure
- Manage company training program execution
- Prepare and present sales information and effective proposals for customers face to face
- Managing the training delivery team as provide new hire training, leadership training and performance improvement training
- Acquire new business for the client by practicing excellent, friendly customer service, having a thorough knowledge of the brand, products, and marketing materials
- Collaborate on new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business
- Ability to start immediately
- (0-3) years experience in sales, marketing, and customer service
- High School Diploma/GED, College preferred
- Positive attitude and mindset
- Willingness to grow with our company
