HVAC​/R Technician

Experienced HVAC/R Technician with over 5 years of experience for a full-time position in the Indianapolis area. This role offers competitive pay based on experience, along with benefits.

We are looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC/R Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and hands‑on experience with commercial and/or residential HVAC and refrigeration systems.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems
• Install HVAC/R equipment and components as needed
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain accurate service records and work orders
• Follow all safety procedures and EPA regulations

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC/R experience
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with commercial refrigeration is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
