Job Description
The Auto Body Technician provides an exceptional customer experience by meticulously assessing and repairing each vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Plan repair work, prepare cost estimates, and document job orders.
- Use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair vehicle sections.
- Rough out dents and dimples, mix and apply filler resins when other methods are not feasible.
- Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
- Remove damaged sections and replace them with new or aftermarket parts.
- Replace or repair glass and windshields as needed.
- Replace or repair interior parts as needed.
- Weld and attach or fit parts into place.
- Prepare and repaint vehicles with factory‑specified paint or an agreed‑upon equivalent.
- Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
- Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure work is executed correctly.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3‑year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer is required.

Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision, work collaboratively with other repairers, understand repair methods and procedures, and use required tools effectively.
Other Requirements- Work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
- Lift up to 30 pounds at times.
- Visually inspect vehicle damage in variable weather conditions.
- Bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.

Compensation$24.00 – $30.00 per hour, flat rate, depending on experience.
