Full-Time and Part-Time W-2 Positions | 1099 Subcontractor Opportunities

Pay: $30–$45 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

We’re a growing, local, family-owned company that cares about our customers and the people doing the work just as much. We’re looking for dependable employees to join our team and established independent contractors to partner with us.

Focus on smaller home repairs, maintenance, installations, and customer punch lists, including:

• Repairing doors, cabinets, trim, and hardware.
• Patching drywall, caulking, and painting.
• Installing shelving, fixtures, and household accessories.
• Completing carpentry and other repairs within your skills.
• Troubleshooting problems and identifying needed materials

• Show up on time and ready to work. “On my way” should involve actually being on your way. Communicate promptly if something changes.
• Use Jobber daily. Review job instructions, upload before, progress, and after photos, and leave clear notes about completed work and next steps.
• Keep everyone informed. Communicate with the office and customers about progress, questions, material needs, and anything affecting the schedule.
• Keep jobs organized and on schedule. Plan ahead, track remaining tasks, and coordinate materials to meet agreed completion dates. Report potential delays early.
• Finish the details. Complete the punch list, clean up, and update Jobber so the office knows the job is ready for final review. Unfortunately, drywall dust does not relocate itself.

• Experience completing a variety of home repairs independently.
• Strong skills in several areas, you don’t need to master every trade.
• Good judgment, attention to detail, and respect for customers’ homes.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a smartphone, and work references.
• Must provide their own tools.
