Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Building Maintenance, HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer
Location:
Fishers Pay Range: $45000 - $60000 Shift: Must be Open to All Shifts including some Weekends What's the Job?
- Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of building mechanical systems and infrastructure.
- Conduct HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Perform electrical maintenance including lighting repairs, ballast replacement, and breaker resets.
- Complete plumbing repairs, drain maintenance, and restroom preventive maintenance tasks.
- Support maintenance activities related to elevators, UPS systems, and fire/life safety systems.
- 5+ years of experience in Operations & Maintenance, Construction, Facilities Maintenance, or Building Engineering roles.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, refrigeration, heating, and cooling systems.
- Experience troubleshooting commercial HVAC and mechanical systems.
- High school diploma required; vocational, trade school, or technical college training preferred.
- Strong understanding of CMMS systems, work order management, and preventive maintenance procedures.
