- Minimum 1 year or equivalent commercial truck driving experience
- Must demonstrate ability to maneuver truck in tight spaces
- Able to follow safe operating practices when working in and around landfill
- Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean Drivers Abstract
- Knowledgeable about driving routes in and around job location
- Good interpersonal skills when communicating with dispatchers and customers
- Reliable and a self start
