Noblesville, Indiana

• Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens.
• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil.
• Use company‑issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil out‑s and ensure seamless service.
• Uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.

• At least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED (highly preferred).
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and twisting.
• Strong safety mindset.

• 2+ years of CDL‑regulated driving experience.
• Bilingual language skills.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.

• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months):
  Minimal to no MVR moving violations and PSP report violations.
• Zero Tolerance over past 5 years:
  No DUI/DWI convictions and no speeding over 100 mph.
• Drug & Alcohol Compliance:
  Must pass a DOT pre‑employment drug screen; subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

• $29.00 per hour plus shift differential, overtime, and a quarterly bonus up to $5,200/yr.
