• Base Compensation from $75,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and aircraft assignment per the Jet Access Flight Crew Compensation Plan, paid bi-weekly.
• Hourly variable compensation per flight hour based on aircraft assignment.
• This position is classified as FLSA Exempt.

The First Officer at Jet Access serves as an essential crew member across a diverse fleet of managed and charter aircraft, directly supporting safe, compliant, and exceptional flight operations. Working alongside Captains and the broader flight operations team, the First Officer upholds the highest standards of airmanship while delivering the client experience that defines the Jet Access brand. • Conduct aircraft operations and all related assignments in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual and applicable company policies
