Bookkeeper

Vytek is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee all day-to-day accounting functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting the company’s financial operations.

This position requires a high level of independence, discretion, and attention to detail.

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records
• Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
• Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and audits
• Assist management with budgeting and financial reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper or similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting software (Sage or equivalent)
• High level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently in a small team environment
