At IC Credit Union, we're looking for a friendly, motivated professional who enjoys helping people achieve their financial goals. As a Member Services Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for members by providing exceptional service, opening accounts, processing transactions, assisting with consumer loans, and recommending solutions that meet their needs,

• Deliver outstanding service in person and over the phone.
• Open and maintain personal and business accounts.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash daily.
• Assist members with consumer loan applications and closings.
• Promote digital banking tools and convenient self-service options.
• Recommend products and services that help members succeed financially.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in cash handling, sales, retail, customer service, or financial services.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
