Preschool Center Director

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees; create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.
  • Ensure the physical center environment adheres to health and safety procedures and maintains compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
  • Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
  • Guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum, leveraging a passion for learning and engaging characters to drive the curriculum and create a fun, enriching learning experience.
  • Drive business results measured by family retention and enrollment growth; manage accounts payable/receivable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee payroll.
  • Engage prospective families through in-person and virtual tours; organize community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
Requirements / Apply
  • Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year (required)
  • State-specific Administrative or Director credential, and any other required guidelines for the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
