Part Time Day & Evening Faculty, Humanities - World Languages

Fitchburg State University in Fitchburg, Massachusetts seeks an adjunct/part-time instructor to teach Spanish courses at various levels during the Fall of 2023 and Spring of 2024, starting September 4.

All part time faculty are responsible for providing our students with a high-quality learning environment, while utilizing their focused expertise and experience in their individual classroom, laboratories and studios.

• Minimum Qualifications: M.A. in Spanish Language, Latin American or Latino/a/x Studies.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. in Spanish Language, Latin American Studies, or Latino/a/x Studies.

Applicants must designate their preference for teaching in the day, evening, or both, and attach a letter of interest and resume. The position is open for applications immediately and will remain open until filled.

Selected candidates are required to complete a CORI and the Student Clearinghouse Authorization form prior to hire. Candidates must also provide three letters of recommendation and, if necessary, official transcripts for all degrees held to the Office of Human Resources & Payroll Services.
