At IC Credit Union, we're looking for a friendly, motivated professional who enjoys helping people achieve their financial goals. As a Member Services Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for members by providing exceptional service, opening accounts, processing transactions, assisting with consumer loans, and recommending solutions that meet their needs,
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding service in person and over the phone.
- Open and maintain personal and business accounts.
- Process transactions accurately and balance cash daily.
- Assist members with consumer loan applications and closings.
- Promote digital banking tools and convenient self-service options.
- Recommend products and services that help members succeed financially.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in cash handling, sales, retail, customer service, or financial services.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
