Schedule:Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (40 hr/week)
Salary:$88,878.00 annually

The Arc of Opportunity provides choices for individuals with disabilities to live in a home where they will be comfortable, whether in a private apartment, the home of a family member or caregiver, or a group home. Home and Community Based Supports consists of a variety of programs including, but not limited to:
Adult Foster Care (AFC), Individual Support Services (ISS), Shared Living (SL), and Money Follow the Person (MFP).
- AFC
:
This program is a Medicaid‑funded initiative that enables individuals with disabilities to live with caring providers in a safe and nurturing environment. We provide comprehensive case management and nursing oversight. - ISS
:
This program supports individuals living independently in the community to maintain and expand their independence and pursue their dreams. We provide medical coordination, financial coaching, community integration, emotional/behavioral supports, etc. - Shared Living
:
This program pairs adults with disabilities with non‑family members who have the desire, ability, and available accommodations in their home to support an individual as a Home Care Provider. - MFP
:
This program helps individuals with disabilities and seniors who want to move out of nursing homes transition back into living in their communities. MFP enhances individuals’ opportunities to live independently and improve their quality of life.

- Oversees the Home and Community Based Services team: including Program Directors of the above‑mentioned programs, ensuring monthly metrics are met while providing exceptional services to both members and their caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates among funders (DDS and Mass Health), licensing and CARF accreditations.
- Develop and execute short/long‑term goals which enhance and support the organizational strategic plan and priority initiatives.
- Oversee and manage program participant, caregiver, and personnel records in all databases ensuring compliance with agency, state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications- Minimum of three to five years’ experience in one of or a combination of the AFC, ISS, or Moving Forward Program.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Marketing, outreach, sales, and/or other relevant program development experience.
- Strong mathematical aptitude for budgetary, funding, cost‑benefits analysis, and general business purposes.
