• Newly hired Variable Hour and Part Time employees are measured for eligibility into our ACA Benefits plans over their first twelve months of employment. • Benefit eligibility can vary and is dependent on employment status and location.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (OT) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component).
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
