- Newly hired Variable Hour and Part Time employees are measured for eligibility into our ACA Benefits plans over their first twelve months of employment. Employees who work at least 130 hours per calendar month during the initial twelve‑month measurement period are invited to enroll in our ACA Benefits plans, offering enhanced medical, dental and vision coverage.
- Benefit eligibility can vary and is dependent on employment status and location.
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (OT) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component).
- TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
- Six months prior hands‑on experience preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
