Process Technician Level I

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support software-driven production processes and workflows
• Perform routine equipment and system checks to ensure uptime and performance
• Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for process changes and deployments
• Capture, analyze, and document process data for reporting and continuous improvement
• Assist with troubleshooting and escalating system or quality issues
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to implement process updates
• Follow safety, security, and compliance standards in all activities
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, changes, and maintenance tasks
• Support testing and validation of new tools or process improvements
• Participate in training to build technical and process knowledge
