The Transportation Technician is responsible for the transport of products to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license, be a team player, and operate a vehicle safely. Responsibilities include loading and unloading delivery vehicles, communicating with customers, assisting with outbound orders and post‑harvest duties as needed.

• Load and unload delivery vehicles
• Confirm contents to be loaded/unloaded based on sales orders and manifests
• Safely deliver products to retail and wholesale customers
• Adhere to all vehicle and traffic safety laws and policies
• Interface with retail and wholesale customers during delivery and represent our organization in a professional manner
• Utilize the state‑mandated point‑of‑sale system
• Complete all required documentation
• Immediately report any inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Manager
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Maintain compliance with all Company policies, regulations, standards, values, and procedures
• Prevent diversion of products by securing vehicles during transport activities
• Participate in staff training and maintain product and industry knowledge
• Assist with inbound deliveries of raw materials
• Report vehicle maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Follow directives of the Transportation Lead, Inventory Lead, and/or Inventory Manager
• Report directly to the Inventory Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience , Education and

Skills:

• Minimum of a high school degree required
• Combination of education and work experience will be considered
• Data entry experience preferred
• Experience in warehouse inventory control or related area helpful
• Work history that demonstrates stability, progressive responsibility, and willingness to accept new duties
• Strong safety mindset
• Cannabis experience and knowledge preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of computer and office equipment and programs; proficiency in seed‑to‑sale software, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills, including anticipatory thinking and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm composure
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with absolute reliability and honesty, high level of integrity, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
• Willingness to be cross‑trained
• Exceptional team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to work comfortably and effectively within a diverse, multicultural, multi‑generational environment

• Must pass stringent background test requirements of the state where you will be working. Age requirements: MA 21, OH 21 and PA 18.
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ; authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to perform essential job functions for extended periods (8‑10 hours per day)
• Frequent activities may include sitting, walking, bending, climbing ladders, reaching, and repeated use of hands for handling, grasping, and repetitive motions
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 pounds over a distance of up to 100 feet
• Work may involve exposure to cannabis odors, airborne particles, fertilizers, and high humidity in cultivation or processing areas
• Job duties may be performed in retail dispensaries, cultivation rooms, or post‑harvest facilities, each with varied lighting and temperature conditions
