- Apply basic engineering principles to perform routine design, fabrication, modification and/or evaluation in support of manufacturing operations
- May prepare plans, conduct support studies, provide analysis or tests in the development of manufacturing operations
- Responsibilities are limited in scope
- Follow standard practices/procedures in analyzing situations or data
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Involved in the development of manufacturing process plans, test requirements, and manufacturing flow, and capacity plans. Review detail designs for manufacturability and producibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable engineering field and 0+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience
- Specialties may include manufacturing, production, industrial, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, and robotics
The salary range for this position is $66,049-$94,450. The range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity.
Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for annual performance-based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non-exempt employees as applicable).
