Leonardo DRS is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to provide direct engineering support at our Fitchburg, MA site. You will drive Lean manufacturing process flow for low volume, high mix products and develop production tools and detailed work instructions in a defense environment.
You will collaborate with engineering, program management, supply chain and manufacturing to ensure readiness, lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement, and contribute to design-for-manufacturing transitions
