Ethos Cannabis in MA is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support propagation, cultivation, and harvest activities. You will perform environmental checks, cloning, transplanting, pruning, trellising, and harvests while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a collaborative team player, and can communicate across departments. Cannabis cultivation experience isn't required, but an interest in horticulture helps; must be 21+ and able to work weekends.
