Adecco is currently assisting a local manufacturing client in Fitchburg, MA! We are seeking experienced electromechanical assemblers on 2nd shift. This is a temp to perm opportunity.

Responsibilities Include- Perform assembly tasks according to work order instructions
- Maintain quality standards and follow all production procedures
- Complete required work orders and time sheets daily
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Notify supervisors of incomplete or inaccurate work instructions
- Report equipment issues or production concerns promptly
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Adhere to ERP procedures related to production assembly
- Support compliance with ITAR regulations and company quality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- ERP system experience is a plus
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
