• Analyze incoming project specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements for diverse printing and packaging jobs.
• Develop precise cost estimates by evaluating stock, run times, and production variables to ensure competitive market pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Manufacturing teams to assess project feasibility and identify potential production challenges early.
• Maintain and update estimating data within ERP systems to ensure consistency across all project documentation.
• Source pricing for non-standard materials and provide cost-effective alternatives to meet client budget targets.
• Communicate technical requirements and project instructions cleart to internal departments and external vendors.
• Review preliminary estimates for accuracy, adjusting variables such as make-ready time and press runs to optimize profitability.

• 3+ years of professional experience in cost estimating within the printing, packaging, or manufacturing sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated ability to master new ERP and estimating software.
• Strong mathematical aptitude with the ability to apply complex formulas to real-world production scenarios.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Direct experience with Radius or similar industry-standard estimating platforms.
• Deep knowledge of commercial printing, folding carton production, and finishing processes.
• Understanding of production planning, inventory control, and scheduling workflows.
• Degree in Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
