Job Type: Part-Time
Shift: Friday/Saturday

Responsibilities- Conduct routine assessments and monitor residents’ health conditions
- Oversee the administration of medications and treatments as prescribed
- Develop and update care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other support staff
- Communicate with residents, families, and physicians regarding care needs
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies
- Current Massachusetts nursing license in good standing
- Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
