Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Pain Management (Full-Time) – Fitchburg, MA

A well-established outpatient pain management clinic is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a supportive, physician-led team. This is a great opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a specialty setting. You ll work closely with an experienced supervising physician in a fast-paced clinic treating patients with chronic pain conditions.

No call and a consistent weekday schedule.

• Manage an average daily patient load of 25-30 patients
• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of chronic pain conditions
• Prescribe appropriate medications and coordinate treatment plans
• Recommend and coordinate interventional procedures when appropriate
• Handle medication refill requests and support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• $135,000+ per year
• New graduates accepted (starting compensation typically in the same range, depending on experience)
