Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Pain Management

Fitchburg, MA

Salary range: $125,000–$140,000+ (based on experience)

What

You’ll Do
  • Provide compassionate care to patients with chronic and acute pain
  • Conduct thorough assessments and physical exams
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Develop and manage tailored treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with clinical guidelines
  • Coordinate interventional procedures as needed
  • Educate patients and families on pain management strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
  • Work closely with physicians and support staff to ensure quality care
What You Bring
  • Active NP or PA license in Massachusetts
  • Eagerness to learn: new graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Passion for long‑term patient care and collaborative teamwork
