Quality Inspection Team Lead

Micron Solutions is seeking an Inspection Team Lead to provide technical leadership for our Inspection team while remaining actively involved in daily inspection activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled inspector who enjoys solving complex quality challenges, mentoring others, and supporting the production of critical medical device and precision-manufactured components.
As a working lead, you will serve as a subject matter expert in mechanical inspection, measurement techniques, blueprint interpretation, and GD&T while collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Compensation$35.00 - $42.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and technical expertise.

Position SummaryThe Inspection Team Lead is a hands-on quality professional responsible for coordinating daily inspection activities and providing technical leadership to the Inspection team. This role serves as a working lead, performing mechanical inspections while helping ensure production schedules, customer requirements, and quality objectives are achieved.
This position acts as a technical resource for inspection methods, metrology, blueprint interpretation, GD&T, and quality documentation. The Inspection Team Lead also serves as a backup to the Quality Supervisor, supporting departmental continuity and day-to-day operations as needed.
