Product Picker Packer

Marathon Staffing is hiring Product Picker Packers to support a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will accurately pick products from inventory, pack orders to specification, label and prepare shipments, and maintain clean, organized work areas. You'll use handheld scanners or basic warehouse systems to track orders and verify quantities. The position requires consistent attention to detail, ability to stand, lift, and move packages safely, and meet productivity and quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately from inventory based on order requirements
• Pack, label, and seal orders according to company standards
• Use handheld scanners or basic systems to track and verify orders
• Inspect items for damage, accuracy, and proper quantities
• Prepare packed orders for shipment and staging
• Follow safety procedures, including proper lifting and equipment use
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Meet or exceed established productivity and quality targets
