Preschool Administrative Partner — Growth & Family Liaison

We seek a passionate, dedicated, Experienced Preschool Administrative Assistant to join our team.

• Support the Center Director with administrative duties
• Support staff in the classroom as needed
• Respond to phone calls and messages
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff.
• Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support your center's success.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• Must have experience working with kids and can support a classroom as needed.
• Have one year of Childcare experience (preferred)?
• Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
