As an IT Systems Analyst, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems and infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability, performance, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities Data Integration & Database Support- Support ETL tools and workflows for data integration and transformation
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL databases
- Support APIs and data pipelines across enterprise systems
- Support Microsoft Azure environments, including storage, security, and performance monitoring
- Assist with cloud resource management, backup systems, and disaster recovery planning
- Monitor system performance and capacity planning
- Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and Nutanix
- Support enterprise storage solutions and ensure system reliability
- Assist in deploying new systems and infrastructure enhancements
- Provide Tier 1–3 support for escalated technical issues
- Monitor system alerts and troubleshoot incidents
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Support patch management and vulnerability remediation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or related roles
- Hands‑on experience with ETL tools (Pentaho, Talend, SSIS, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases
- Experience supporting Azure and/or AWS environments
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Nutanix
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs)
- Experience with scripting tools such as Power Shell, Python, or SQL
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or WMS systems
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
