Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Planting and cultivating of annuals, perennials and finished plants
• Care and pruning of plant stock
• Watering and maintenance of plant stock
• Moving and organizing of plant stock
• Cleaning and maintaining production and greenhouse areas
• Use and maintain tools and equipment
• Property and grounds maintenance
• Assist in harvesting, packaging and preparation of plants for sale and distribution
• Assist customers with plant care and handling instructions
• Labeling of plants for inventory purposes
• Load and unload shipments from delivery vehicles
• Inventory entry

• Age 18+
• Contribute to a positive work environment
• Plant/Garden Knowledge – a plus! We are willing to teach and train if you are willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail and good organization skills
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to remain active for shift
• Comfort with heights is a plus
• We are very flexible with hours and are looking for people who are able to start February 1st. Full time and part-time positions available, from one day a week up to seven! Weekend availability is a priority.

• Pay:
  Starting at $12 hourly – increase depending on experience, etc.
