Position Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator – Dermatology Clinic, Madison, WI.
Location:
1 S. Park St., Madison, WI.
Full‑time, 100% FTE, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (no weekends or holidays). Hours may vary based on operational needs.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to navigate patients and families through care.
- Coordinate specialized, multidisciplinary patient care utilizing specialty knowledge of the Dermatology Clinic.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- BSN (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing) – required.
- MSN, MS, MPH, MHA, or related master’s degree – preferred.
- 3years of relevant clinical nursing experience – required.
- 1year of experience with the specific patient population – required; additional experience preferred.
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin – required.
- Basic Life Support / CPR – required upon hire.
- Oncology certification (or applicable patient‑population certification) – preferred.
