Overview

SHINE Technologies is seeking an Inventory Coordinator who will be responsible for managing inventory materials at the primary SHINE (Systems and Manufacturing) production facility as well as at various remote warehouse locations. The Inventory Coordinator serves as a subject matter expert in both inventory and warehouse management processes and metrics, with a strong focus on receiving and logistics.

The base salary range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and monitor and control inventory.
  • Manage and maintain inventory parts, location, and identification of parts.
  • Provide system support and related stock-taking activities in collaboration with warehouse operations.
  • Assist in ensuring that the warehouse staff works efficiently.
  • Research, track, record, and maintain the Net Suite database; perform physical inventory counts.
  • Review transactions to verify accuracy.
  • Drive standardization of warehousing and transportation processes across SHINE; ensure warehouse compliance with regulatory requirements and develop recommendations for action plans to provide expected results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams; drive process changes using lean and continuous improvement tools to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Stimulate knowledge sharing; identify and implement projects that meet corporate objectives and cost savings.
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal and external business partners.
  • Assist with managing daily warehouse operations; provide guidance on staff schedules, workloads, and productivity to ensure timely receiving and shipping and accurate inventory; participate in interviewing and selection of staff.
  • Help develop and deliver related training.
  • Participate in projects and other duties as requested.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required, including a minimum of 5+ years of relevant industrial warehouse, inventory, transportation logistics, or procurement experience.
  • Proficiency with Net Suite ERP, including strong inventory skills (cycle count, research, and adjustment experience).
  • Willing and able to operate warehouse material handling equipment; must be able to be trained and certified to operate industrial forklifts and other equipment. Forklift certification preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong process orientation; result-oriented with proven execution skills; able to concurrently manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid computer skills with MS Office, Outlook, and Net Suite materials management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication and organizational skills; able to interrelate with internal and external customers and influence across functions.
  • Familiarity with and adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Keen attention to detail, integrity, good judgment, resourcefulness, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Limited travel; on-demand working hours related to product launches, physical inventories, or special projects.
  • Quality or ISO background a plus.
  • Willingness to cross-train to provide support at the Janesville, WI warehouse as needed.
Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to walk and stand.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasionally required to climb, stoop, or kneel.
  • Must be able to work in a facility without temperature control.
