Performs a variety of accounting and administrative duties in support of the Finance Department. Responsibilities include entering financial and payroll data into the accounting system, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring completeness and accuracy of source documentation. Contacts preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing information. Responds to internal inquiries regarding posted data and transactions.
Maintains the timekeeping system and processes payroll in accordance with established schedules and policies. Processes vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, documentation, and approvals are obtained prior to payment. Prepares and processes ACH payments and supports other accounts payable functions as required. Assists with preparation of annual Form 1099s and year‑end reporting activities.
Provides general support to the CFO and Controller and performs additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements- Ability to work effectively under stress with frequent interruptions

- Moderate exposure to blood borne pathogens consistent with a healthcare environment
Experience and
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. One year of experience in a healthcare office or accounting environment required. Preferred: MBA or Master’s in Accounting (MACC).
