Assistant Manager – Tidal Wave Auto Spa

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited administrative tasks and quick equipment checks.
• Help train and develop employees at every position.
• Support the achievement of volume, revenue, and profitability goals.

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods (8‑10 hours per shift).
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check per state guidelines.

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination to operate car wash equipment.
• Visual acuity to monitor vehicle condition, equipment function, and safety compliance.
• Comfortable working in varying outdoor weather conditions, noise, cleaning chemicals, and moving mechanical equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respond quickly to safety or operational concerns in a noisy environment.
• Work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Occasional driving for company business; valid driver’s license required.
